The personal information we collect depends on your dealings with us. Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. 6. Form security

To protect our online forms from automated abuse and spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. This service may collect limited technical information about your interaction with the form to confirm you are a genuine visitor. It is used solely for security and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it where necessary to provide our services or where required or authorised by law — for example to other parties and their advisers in a transaction, to courts, government agencies and registries, to our professional indemnity insurers, and to service providers who assist us to operate our practice (including secure email, hosting and IT providers) under obligations of confidentiality. Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.

8. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We hold information in secure electronic and physical systems and retain it for as long as required to provide our services and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely destroyed or de-identified.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Please contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. In limited circumstances we may decline access, in which case we will explain why.
